Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Maintenance Manager to join our state-of-the-art liquid manufacturing facility in Conyers, Georgia. This facility specializes in producing high-quality sauces for global clients, including McDonald's, and employs over 400 dedicated team members.
The Senior Maintenance Manager will oversee the maintenance department, ensuring the facility operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a team of 10 maintenance professionals and make a significant impact in a world-class organization known for its commitment to quality and innovation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with food or liquid manufacturing experience highly desirable.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing maintenance teams.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, including preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets and driving cost-effective operations.
